Description Have staff to remove dumpster from closed business (Majik Market)
on the corner of St. Mary's Road and North Star Drive and have area cleaned.

Response The dumpster located at the closed Majik Market at the intersection of
St. Mary's Road and North Star Drive will be removed from the location by
Waste Management Inc. on June 20, 2002. The company that owns the property,
TOC Retail has been contacted to have the remaining solid waste removed. If
the solid waste is not removed in the allowed time, we will contract with a
local contractor and have the solid waste removed.
Columbus Code of Ordinances, Section 13-167.4 regulates Commercial Bulk
Containers (dumpsters). This code contains sufficient regulator requirements
to allow our Enforcement Division to have dumpsters removed from property
that no longer require dumpster service.
