EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR PUBLIC SAFETY:
Consider hiring individuals in Public Safety and giving them a window of
time to get that two-year degree. (Request of Councilor Allen) Also if an
individual has two-year equivalency of college; then, that should be
considered, as well as military police training. (Request of Councilor Allen)
Also, look into the courses that we think have been vetted in the military
and give the military personnel credit for that. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)
