The terms of office of Mr. Berry Henderson, Ms. Arline Kitchen and Mr.
Ralph King on the Planning Advisory Commission will expire on March 31, 2003.
None of these three individuals are eligible to succeed themselves.
There are six (6) regular members who reside in Senatorial District 15 and
two alternate members. There is one regular member who reside in Senatorial
District 16.
There are currently two (2) women serving on this.
Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current
members.

Charge/Mission
This board serves in an advisory capacity to the Planning Division with regard
to a comprehensive plan or parts thereof for the development and redevelopment
of Columbus, (b) regulations for the subdivision of land and amendments
thereto, (c) an official map of Columbus and amendments thereof, and (d) other
such matters as may be required by ordinance. It has seven regular and two
alternate members, all of which are appointed by the Columbus Council (Columbus
Code, Sec. 22-38)

CHARTER REFERNCE: No current reference. (A former reference, Sec. 4-611, was
