An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Consolidated

Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changing the zoning text of

Section 22-25, H Historic District, so as to authorize yoga and pilates as a

Special Exception Use.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:





Section 22-25 of the Columbus Code is amended by adding a new

Subsection (D)(1) to read as follows:



(D) Special Exceptions



(1) Yoga and pilates



(a) Yoga and pilates shall not be allowed as a home occupation.

(b) Class sizes shall be determined by the Planning Division on a case by case

basis.
