An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of

Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 2705 Manchester Expressway from NC (Neighborhood Commercial)

District to GC (General Commercial) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the Department

of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby amended by

changing the following described property from NC (Neighborhood Commercial)

District to GC (General Commercial) District:



Commence at a concrete monument at the northeast corner of Manchester

Expressway and Armour Road which marks the Point of Beginning; thence running

North 46 degrees 07 minutes 27 seconds West a distance of 45.66 feet to a

concrete monument; thence running northerly along a curve on the east margin of

Armour Road, which curve has a radius of 776.52 feet, a distance of 74.32 feet

to a drill hole; thence running North 02 degrees 42 minutes 29 seconds West a

distance of 6.55 feet to a drill hole; thence running North 76 degrees 53

minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 8.44 feet to a drill hole; thence running

South 88 degrees 42 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 204.34 feet to a

drill hole; thence running South 03 degrees 41 minutes 53 seconds East a

distance of 135.77 feet to an iron stake; thence running North 81 degrees 35

minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 24.02 feet to a drill hole; thence

running North 43 degrees 07 minutes 11 seconds West a distance of 0.75 feet to

a drill hole; thence running westerly along a curve on the north margin of

Manchester Expressway, which curve has a radius of 5,804.62 feet, a distance of

158.26 feet to a concrete monument which marks the Point of Beginning.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on

the 6th day of September, 2005; introduced a second time at a regular meeting

of said Council held on the day of ____ , 2005 and adopted at said

meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
