Subject Tax Issue
Description Have the Tax Commissioner to look at instituting some kind of
written procedure (similar to what is provided when we have demolition
hearings) in the Tax Office that would document when a taxpayer comes in with
a dispute on a tax issue, so that the Council can have some kind of written
documentation to look at when they have a decision on a vote.
