An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located on the Bibb Mill properties along 1st Avenue, from M-1 (Light

Manufacturing) District to MROD (Mill Restoration Overlay District) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from M-1 (Light

Manufacturing) District to MROD (Mill Restoration Overlay District) District:



Commencing at an iron pin located in the westerly margin of 1st Avenue North 00

degrees 40 minutes 13 seconds East a distance of 195.91 feet from a rock

located at the point formed by the intersection of said westerly margin of 1st

Avenue and northerly margin of North Gordon Boulevard and running thence South

89 degrees 43 minutes 27 seconds West a distance of 193.83 feet to an iron pin

located in the northerly margin of North Gordon Boulevard; running thence along
