An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 4078 Milgen Road from LMI (Light Manufacturing / Industrial) and

SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) Districts to SFR2 (Single Family Residential

2) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and

the same is hereby amended by changing the following described property from

LMI (Light Manufacturing / Industrial) and SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2)

Districts to SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) District:



All those lots, tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot

14 of the 8th District of Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known

and designated as Parcels ?J?, ?N?, ?K?, ?O?, and ?L? of a subdivision of land

known as SURVEY OF PROPERTY OF MRS. HATTIE ROGERS GRANT, PART OF LAND LOT 14,

8TH DISTRICT, COLUMBUS, MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA, as prepared by Moon, Meeks, &

Patrick, Inc., Civil Engineers, and dated October 25, 1975, as revised and

recorded in Plat Book 73, Folio 51, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, which reference should be made for exact

metes and bounds.

the 6th day of December, 2005; introduced a second time at a regular meeting
