? Approved minutes from October and November 2002.
? Director?s Report
? IAFE Convention in Las Vega offered many ideas for the Greater
Columbus Fair 2003. Staff will begin fair planning immediately
for next year.
? NBDL has new interim president, Barry McMullen. The team is making efforts to
tap into the military community for sales. They have retained a NCO on their
sales team to help with this mission.
? Fiscal Report, Karen Thompson, Columbus Civic Center Accountant, reviews
revenue profit/loss and building utilization for the 2002 fiscal year.
? B2K concert. Better planning by clients needed in the future to prevent
conflicts.
? Cascade Hills Living Christmas program was a success. Discussions are
underway for the future - two shows next year in the building.
? Cottonmouth Hockey game time has changed to 7:30 pm from 7:00pm.
Introduction of special guest Greg Fender, Fine Host Tampa.
? Fine Host and ARAMARK merger will not affect relations in the building. Will
lend to better service and more products due to larger size company.
? Presents some capital gains in the facility such as new condiment stands and
awnings for stands.
? Introduce new menu items with samples for board members.
