Response 02-20-03 In 1999 Mr. Ron Cole constructed houses on 5 lots along Lokey

Dr. In doing so he eliminated the existing ditch section. The Dept of Eng

notified Mr. Cole to remove the swale sections he had constructed and

re-establish the ditch as he had created drainage problems for the people on

the opposite side of the street. He was taken to Recorder's Court in Feb 2001

and found guilty. The case was then bound over to State Court. Before the

case could be heard Mr. Cole passed away.
