Tom, I hope all is well with you. Just a note to let you know we are on

schedule with the project. All of the interviews are completed, the writers

are about 1/2 through with the draft job descriptions, and the salary survey

will be completed this month. I believe we will have a preliminary report

available for review in early July or a bit before then if things go as well as

they have.



Thank you very much for all of your hard work and the work of your staff. We

should have an excellent plan for you to consider.
