(1) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 3590 Buena Vista Road is

proposed for rezoning from C-2 (Neighborhood Shopping) District to C-3 (General

Commercial) District. (72-D-04-McAbee) (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers) (Both the

Planning Advisory Commission recommends conditional approval and the Planning

Division recommend denial.)



(2) 1st Reading ? Rezoning property located at 8250 Fortson Road is proposed

for rezoning from A-1 (Agricultural) District to C-3 (General Commercial)

District. (73-A-04-Rovig) (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers) (Both the Planning Advisory

Commission and the Planning Division recommend approval.)



(3) 1st Reading ? Rezoning property located at 1716 Fountain Court is proposed

for rezoning from C-3 (General Commercial) District to A-O (Apartment Office)

District. (74-CA-04-Corbett) (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers) (Both the Planning

Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommend conditional approval.)



(4) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at Dawson Estates, NE of Dawson

Elementary is proposed for rezoning from R-1A (Low Density Residential)

District to R-2 (Low Density Residential) District.. (75-CA-04-Whitesville

Development Corp.) (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers) (Both the Planning Advisory

Commission recommend approval and the Planning Division recommend conditional

approval.)





R E S O L U T I O N S:



(5) A resolution pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 48-5-295 resetting the terms of

members of the Columbus, Georgia Board of Tax Assessors at six years.

(6) Expressing appreciation to Mr. Roland W. Belcher upon his retirement with

the Columbus Police Department after 24 years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem

(7) Expressing appreciation to Mr. Raymond Campbell upon his retirement with

the Superior Court after 25 years of service.
