THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES:





Pursuant to Section 3-103(6) of the Charter of Columbus, Georgia, Councilor

Charles E. McDaniel, Jr. is hereby excused from attendance of the Council

meeting of May 25, 2004 for the following reasons:
