The Taxicab Commission is submitting a request to the Council for approval to
declare the seat of Mr. Lorenzo Landrum vacant. Mr. Landrum has missed more
than three consecutive meetings. Mr. Landrum serves in the at-large position
on the Taxicab Commission.
