The terms of office of Earl G. Bagley, Willie Hill, Rannie J. Lewis,

Rhudine Nelson, Michael Silverstein and Judge Albert Thompson on the Golf

Course Authority will expire on June 30, 2002. Mr. Lewis, Mr. Silverstein and

Judge Thompson are not eligible to succeed themselves because they would have

served two full consecutive full terms of office when their current terms of

office expires.



Mr. Bagley, Rev. Hill and Ms. Nelson are eligible to succeed themselves

for one additional term of office.



There are six members of this board who reside in Senatorial District 16

and three members who reside in Senatorial District 15.



There are currently two (2) women who serve on this board.



Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current

members.

Charge/Mission

This board is responsible for the operation of the" Bull Creek Golf Course,

Fountain City Golf Course and Oxbow Meadows Golf Course" wherever the terms

"Bull Creek Golf Course" or "golf course" appear in Ordinance No. 82-29 and

amended April 8, 1997 by the adoption of Ordinance 97-35. It has nine (9)

members, all of which are appointed by the Columbus Council. (Ord. 82-29,

adopted May 4, 1982, as amended by Ord. No. 94-41, adopted May 31, 1994), and

amended by Ordinance 97-35, adopted April 8, 1996.
