A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE DEED TO THE 0.897 ACRE DETENTION

POND LOCATED IN SECTION FOUR, PEPPERTREE II SUBDIVISION.

WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus,

Georgia the 0.897 acre detention pond located in Section Four, Peppertree II

Subdivision.

WHEREAS, said detention pond has been approved and meets the required

specifications; and,

WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said

detention pond and recommends acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That certain deed dated the 8th day of April, 2002, conveying to Columbus,

Georgia, all of the 0.897 acre detention pond located in Section Four,

Peppertree II Subdivision be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of

Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in

the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
