I. QUIT CLAIM DEED 3312 ST. MARY'S ROAD- ST. MARY'S ROAD WIDENING PROJECT:

Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Isaiah Hugley, Sr.

and Carolyn F. Hugley for 0.226 acres on 3312 St. Mary's Road for the St.

Mary's Road Widening Project in exchange for the Fair Market Value of said

uneconomic remaining property (Parcel 6r). The City will pay the said property

owner the fair market value for the offset amount. An agenda report and

resolution are attached.



II. QUIT CLAIM DEED, 110 BRENNAN ROAD - ST. MARY'S ROAD WIDENING PROJECT:

Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Bobby G. Penny and

Connie Penny for 0.176 acres of property at 110 Brennan Road in exchange for

portion of Parcel 5r and 6r for the St. Mary's Road Widening Project. The

property owner will pay the City fair market rate for the offset amount. An

agenda report and resolution are attached.



III. GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - EASTERN CONNECTOR:

Authorization is requested to execute a Certificate of Ownership, Maintenance

Agreement and subsequent necessary agreements with the Georgia Department of

Transportation to cover the acquisition and clearance of rights of way for the

construction of the Eastern Connector from Red Arrow Road to Chattsworth Road

totalling 1.16 miles. An agenda report and resolution are attached.



IV. STREET ACCEPTANCE - SONOMA COURT AND PORTION OF SONOMA POINTE DRIVE:



Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to Sonoma Court and

Portion of Sonoma Pointe Drive located in Section Two, Sonoma Pointe. The

Department of Engineering has inspected these streets and recommends the

acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are attached.
