WHEREAS, Mr. Fred C. Soto, former employee with the Muscogee County Prison,

died on December 23, 2001;

WHEREAS, Mr. Soto retired on November 30, 1995 after serving over 20 years with

the Muscogee County Prison.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:

We hereby convey to the family of Mr. Fred C. Soto our sincere condolences and

deepest sympathy. Mr. Soto was an outstanding employee of the Muscogee County

Prison and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the

19th day of February, 2002, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote
