An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 8250 Fortson Road from A-1 (Agricultural) District to C-3 (General

Commercial) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from A-1 (Agricultural)

District to C-3 (General Commercial) District:



All that tract or parcel of land, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia, and being shown and designated as ?5.297 AC.? on that certain map or

plat entitled ?Survey for Barbara Holden and Lana Golden, Part of Land Lots 270

& 271, 19th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia?, prepared by Moon,

Meeks, Mason, and Vinson, Inc., under the date of December 6, 2000, and

recorded in Plat Book 142, Page 82, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the

particular location and dimensions of said property.
