Road, bordered on the north and east by Fort Benning, is proposed for rezoning

from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) District to SFR2 (Single Family

Residential 2), SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3), and RMF1 (Residential

Multi-Family District 1) District. (46-CA-05-Kimbrough Properties L.P.)

Division recommend conditional approval.)



(2) 2nd Reading ? Rezoning property located at 7176 Village Loop and 7333 and

the western portion of 7301 Whitesville Road is proposed for rezoning from SFR1

(Single Family Residential 1) and SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) Districts

to SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) District. (41-A-05-Brian Grier Inc.)
