Commission recommend conditional approval and the Planning Division recommend

denial.)



(2) 1st Reading ? Rezoning property located at 3312 St. Mary?s Road is proposed

for rezoning from LMI (Light Manufacturing/Industrial) District to GC (General

Commercial District. (30-A-05-Hugley) (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers) The Planning

Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommend approval.

(3) Commending and congratulating Leslie Robertson, upon being recently named
