An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of

Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 1200 17th Street from GC (General Commercial) District to SFR4

(Single Family Residential 4) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the

same is hereby amended by changing the following described property from GC

(General Commercial) District to SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated as northwest quarter,

more or less, of Lot Numbered One (1), in Block Numbered Twenty-Two (22), of

the First Addition To The East Highlands, as shown on a map or plat made by

Josiah Flournoy, C.E., on July 12, 1888, and recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 124,

in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on

the 8th day of November, 2005; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of

said Council held on the day of ______ , 2005 and

adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said

Council.
