An Ordinance amending Ordinance #00-33 that amended certain

boundaries of a district located at 6741, 6751, 6755, 6759, & 6761 Veterans

Parkway. The purpose of this amendment is to amend condition number 1.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



Ordinance Number 00-33 is hereby amended by deleting condition number

1 and replacing it with the following:



1. Only two curb cuts on Veterans Parkway shall be permitted.
