An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 1121 30th Street, from C-2 (Neighborhood Shopping) District to R-3A

(Medium Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from C-2 (Neighborhood

Shopping) District to R-3A (Medium Density Residential) District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated as ALL OF LOT ELEVEN

(11), BLOCK ?J? BEALLWOOD SURVEY OF THE LANDS OF THE ROSE HILL COMPANY as said

lot appears upon a map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 8,

Folio 18 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia, and to which map or plat of reference is made for a more particular

description of the property conveyed hereby.
