MERITORIOUS RESOLUTIONS:



After the signing of the LOST bill, have the staff to prepare a resolution

thanking our Legislative Delegation for their assistance in getting this bill

passed. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

ANIMAL & FOWL ORDINANCE AMENDMENT:



Have the staff to go out with Councilor Woodson to take a look at those

concerns she expressed as it relates to fencing requirements and a possible

amendment to this ordinance. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)

TO THE CITY MANAGER:



PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE:



Have the staff to provide a copy of the proposed recommendations to the

Chiefs of the Public Safety Departments for their comments regarding these

recommendations. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)



Have the staff to provide an updated comparison of those issues that was

studied earlier as it coincides with other Public Safety departments around the

State. (Request of Councilor Davis)

SEPTIC TANKS:



Have the staff to check and determine if there is any additional or new

information from the Columbus Health Department as it relates to septic tanks

and the lots sizes and etc. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)



Have the staff to do some research and determine if there is any legislation

that says if a sewer connections comes on line that you are required to tap

onto it, even if you have a septic tank. (Request of Mayor Pro Tem Rodgers)



LAND:



Have the staff to provide the total amount of land available for housing

development as referenced during the Work Session. (Request of Mayor Pro Tem

Rodgers)

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:



Have the staff to ask the Planning Advisory Commission to make some

recommendations on the Comprehensive Plan and forward them to the Council.
