I. SUBDIVISION VARIANCE - THE LAKES APARTMENT, 4343 WARMSPRINGS ROAD:
Authorization is requested for a variance to the Subdivision Regulations to
allow a perpetual access easement from The Lakes Apartments Section Four to
Warm Springs Road (A deeded Public Street), in lieu of the required 25'
frontage to a deeded public street. An agenda report, map and resolution are
attached.
II. PURCHASE/ACCEPT DONATED PROPERTY - GREEN SPACE PROGRAM:
Authorization is requested to purchase 2.72 +/- acres of property and to accept
a donation of 1.67 +/- acres (for a total of 4.39 acres) located on the
southeast corner of Milgen Road and Cooper Creek Park to be included in the
Green Space Program. An agenda report, map and resolution are attached.
III. QUIT CLAIM DEED - RIGHT-OF-WAY ON BLACKMON ROAD:
Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Ben Billings for
0.534 acres of right-of-way on Blackmon Rd. The Department of Engineering has
approved abandonment of said portion of right-of- way subject to all existing
easements. An agenda report and resolution are attached.

Scope of Bid
The work shall consist of intersection improvements and traffic signal
installation at River Road ? Mobley Road/Mountain Brook Drive intersection in
accordance with the designated plans and specifications. The contractor shall
be required to maintain public access to all private properties located within
the project area. The work includes soil erosion control, grading, concrete
patching/leveling, concrete curbs and gutter, storm drainpipes, labor and
materials for signalization and signage of the intersection.

Scope of Bid
Provide Stone to Columbus Consolidated Government, Public Services Department
to be purchased on an ?as needed basis?. The term of this contract shall be
for a period of one (1) year, with an option to renew for two (2) additional

The City of Columbus invites qualified tax search firms to submit proposals for
the provision of title searches relating to real and personal property taxes.
The term of this contract shall be for a period of two (2) years, with an

1. General Construction Services for Animal Shelter and
PAWS Offices ? RFP No. 05-0004
Scope of RFP
General Construction Services for joint development of a project by the
Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) and PAWS Columbus, Inc. entitled,
Animal Shelter and PAWS Offices. The services will be performed by a qualified
general contractor, hereafter called the Construction Manager. The services
will consist of pre-construction services and post bid pre-construction
services, including such items as cost estimating and analyses,
constructability analysis, scheduling and phasing, methods and materials input,
Value Engineering (VE) input and costing, etc, as necessary, as well as
construction of the project. Construction scope generally consists of
earthwork, utility installation, asphalt paving and concrete hardscape,
fencing, landscaping, concrete foundations, structural steel frame, masonry
veneer, miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, waterproofing, metal roof,
gypsum partitions, acoustical ceilings, floor and wall finishes, fire
protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Site is approximately 11.8 acres,
and building is approximately 37,000 SF.
