WHEREAS, Columbus High School senior Tiffani Traylor was recently selected by

the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer as Player of the Year;



WHEREAS, she led Columbus High to a 40-8 record, and Area 2-AAA championship

and a fifth-place finish in the state;



WHEREAS, the senior middle hitter had 321 kills, 123 aces, 81 digs and 33

blocks;



WHEREAS, besides volleyball, Tiffani enjoys playing piano and scrapbooking, she

plans to attend college and play volleyball, and is interested in becoming a

pediatrician, physical therapist or teacher;



WHEREAS, her accomplishments are worthy of special recognition by this Council.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:



We commend and congratulate Columbus High School senior Tiffani Traylor upon

her selection by the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer as Player of the Year. Columbus

is proud her hard work and dedication and we wish her every success in the

future. Let a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Tiffani Traylor.
