(4) Application of Ms. Gretchen Denham to temporarily close Madden/Techwood

Techwood Drive. (The Police department is recommending approval.)
(5) Application of Ms. April Ducote to temporarily close the 1000 block of
Broadway on Thursday, November 3 & 10, 2005; with the parking spaces being
closed at 2:00 p.m., and the street being closed from 5:30 p.m., to 9:30 p.m.,
in connection with pedestrian safety during the ?Concert Series?. (The Police
department is recommending approval.)
(6) Resolution approving the Director of Finance?s report of those alcoholic
beverage licenses that were issued and/or denied during the month of September
2005.

frontage requirement and reduce the minimum lot width from 125
