Meet with Mr. Rex Kingrey to assist with providing options that could be

considered, as far as, requesting an amendment of his rezoning petition.

REVOCATION OF BUSINESS LICENSE:



Meet with Mr. Esau Hunter for guidance in walking through the necessary

steps to contact an attorney regarding his complaints of construction work that

was done on his home. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)



Check to see if the City could revoke or no longer continue to grant an

individual a business license or permit if a contractor subjects someone to a

hazardous situation when constructing a home or any other building. (Request

of Councilor Woodson)



Let?s inform the authority that grants the appropriate licenses for

general contractors whenever complaints have been received by the Better

Business Bureau on a particular business. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)

PUBLIC SAFETY REPORT:



Have the staff to provide a copy of some comparisons of salary and

benefits from within the State of Georgia and surrounding areas. (Request of

Councilor Davis)

WARREN WILLIAMS HOUSING:



Provide a response regarding the air conditioning units that have been

installed for the Warren Williams Housing complex and the bid process that was

used to purchase the units. The air conditioning units are costing the

residents more money; than, the rent that they pay for housing. (Request of

Councilor Woodson)

OPERATION THANK YOU:



Propose a request to the committee for consideration in hosting a parade

on Victory Drive when the 3rd Brigade and the 36th Brigade come back from Iraq

to Ft. Benning. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)

Extend an invitation to the individuals that wrote the Grand Jury Report

for the Muscogee County Jail to a session of the Budget Review Committee.
