An Ordinance amending Ordinance #96-116 that amended certain

boundaries of a district located at 4215 2nd Avenue. The purpose of this

amendment is to amend condition number 6.





THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:





That Ordinance Number 96-116 is hereby amended by amending Condition

number 6 as follows:





"6. Access shall be limited to 2nd Avenue."
