Description Provide information as to the timeline of the signalization at the

intersection of Blackmon Road @ Warm Springs Road, as well as explain the

widening plans of those two streets.

Response Currently there isn't any projects in the TIP (6 year)plan to widen

Blackmon Road or Warm Springs at this location. There is a project in the Long

Range Plan to widen Blackmon Rd. to 4 lanes and realign the south end with

Billings Rd. The Developer of this project is responsible for a decel lane

adjacent to the project. City Staff will perform a signal study at the

intersection of Warm Springs and Blackmon to determine if there is a need to

signalize this intersection.
