ADVERTISEMENTS ON POLICE VEHICLES: Have the staff check into a newspaper

article from the Panama City Herald that provides information regarding cities

that have endorsed advertisements on police vehicles. There was one city that

received thirty-five (35) new police cars free with the approximate value of

$700,000.00 just for providing advertisements on their police vehicles.
