Have the staff to prepare a resolution for next week?s Agenda to change
the December 4, 2001 5:30 p.m. night Council meeting to a morning meeting at
9:00 a.m. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

SOA WATCH:
Have the staff to do some research and see what Atlanta does, as far as
designating a specific area for individuals to hold a protest. Also, have the
staff to research and determine whether or not we can charge the cost of
security, and whatever it costs, to allow this protest to be held, to those who
have requested it. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

TO THE CITY MANAGER:
REZONING PETITION:
Have the staff to look at postponing the public hearing on the petition of
Brace W. Luquire, to rezone approximately 14.572 acres at 8201 Midland Road and
8111 Old Pope Road, which is recommended for denial by both the Planning
Advisory Commission and the Planning Division to the January 8, 2002 Council
Meeting. (Request of Councilor Henderson)

CHURCHES IN M-1 ZONES:
Have the staff to advise as to whether or not we can preclude churches in
a M-1 zone form opening daycare centers at those two locations. (Request of
Councilor Suber) Have the staff to determine whether or not there would be any
particular buffering requirements that would be placed on the churches if they
wanted to operate in that area. (Request of Councilor Henderson)
