Authorization is requested to declare 60x120 +/- sq ft of property located at
420 6th Avenue as surplus and authorize the sell of said property. An agenda

II. SELL OF PROPERTY (FIRE STATION):
Authorization is requested to declare 4,830 +/- sq ft of property located at
3402 6th Avenue as surplus and authorize the sell of said property. An agenda
report, resolution and map are included.
III. ALLEY QUIT CLAIM DEED (SWIFT SPINNING, INC.):
Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Swift Spinning,
Inc., for an alley that runs south from 32nd Street between 3rd and 4th Avenue
(Veterans Parkway) and a 5-foot by 100 foot portion that abuts the tract of
land which contains Lots 15 and 16 of block 22 be abandoned. An agenda report,
resolution and map are included.

1. Surveillance Equipment for Government Center Complex - RFP No. 03-0012
Scope of RFP
Provide, install and maintain surveillance equipment at the Government Center
Complex. The system will be a combination of fixed and pan and tilt cameras
for both internal and external surveillance purposes. Vendors must perform an
on-site study of the premises to determine the type of equipment that will be
necessary to provide the required surveillance equipment.
