(2) Resolution authorizing a variance request to reduce the minimum

residential setback of a wireless communications facility (tower) from 300

feet to 160 feet for wireless communication services on property located at

1720 Warm Springs Road. (Planning Division recommends denial.)



(3) Resolution authorizing a Special Exception Use to erect a wireless

communication tower at 1720 Warm Springs Road. (Planning Division recommends

denial.)



(4) Letter from Mr. Wallace Archie, Chairman of the Taxicab Commission,

requesting the position of Mr. Charles Pattillo be declared vacant due to the

lack of attendance.
