TO THE CITY MANAGER:



MOBILE HOME PARK:



Have the staff to have someone to go out and do an inspection on the

Mobile Home Park located on Brennan Road, as there seems to be several

violations of the Codes in this area. Also, have someone to check the property

located at 335 Matthews Street. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

Also check the Mobile Home Park on the corner of Brennan Road@ Aldridge Road.

RIGDON PARK:



Have the staff to check on the replacement of the water fountain at Rigdon

Park, as well as the broken speed humps in the park. (Request of Councilor

Woodson)

BRIAN GRIER, INC. ZONING:



Have the staff to review the letter that was submitted to the Council from

the resident of the property located at 7410 Whitesville Road, and provide

their comments in response to those concerns of that property owner. (Request

of Councilor Hunter)



Have the staff to contact the State about the possibility of widening

Whitesville Road. (Request of Councilor McDaniel)

FORT BENNING CHAPTER NATIONAL SOJOURNERS:



Have the staff to run the announcement from the Fort Benning National

Sojourners regarding the turn-in points for the unserviceable flags that will

be held on Saturday, May 4, 2002 at the Wal-mart on Airport Thruway, as well as

Gateway (North) on Manchester Expressway. (Request of Councilor Poydasheff)

MILLER ROAD GAS TANKS:



Have the staff to follow-up on an earlier request as it relates to those

old unsightly gas tanks on Miller Road, and see if we can have them removed.

TREE ORDINANCE:



Have the staff to go back and look at the tree ordinance, as it relates

to the acreage requirements, which should be the same in the buffer ordinance;

so let?s go back and make those two consistent. (Request of Councilor Turner
