An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 7424 Veterans Parkway from C-2 (Neighborhood Shopping) District to

C-3 (General Commercial) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from C-2 (Neighborhood

Shopping) District to C-3 (General Commercial) District:



All that lot, tract, or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lots 39

and 42 of the 8th District of Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being

more particularly described as BRENT A. BUCK, ET AL, 2.126 AC, on that certain

plat prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason, and Vinson, dated March 4, 2004, and

recorded in Plat Book 151, Page 69, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
