TO THE CITY MANAGER:
HURRICANE KATRINA:
Have the staff to contact FEMA to let them know about the One Stop Shop to
find out about the registration process so the victims of Hurricane Katrina
could be identified and receive the benefits that are being made available. It
was reported on Good Morning America that FEMA was attempting to locate some of
the victims to give them a credit card; so that they would be able to find a
place to live, get clothing, etc. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

1993 SPLOST PROJECTS:
Have the staff to provide a publication of the projects that were
completed with the 1993 sales tax and the monies expended. (Request of Mayor
Poydasheff)

EMERGENCY EVACUATION PLAN:
Have the staff to put on the CCG-TV the emergency contingency plan for
evacuation and report on the City of Columbus?s relationship with FEMA.
