Have the staff to prepare a resolution for next week?s Agenda, expressing
the Mayor and Council?s condolences in the death of Mr. Joe Flournoy. (Request
of Councilor McDaniel)

TO THE CITY MANAGER:
PROPOSED HUBBUCH REZONING:
Continue the first reading of the proposed ordinance, to allow the
petitioner to provide a plot plan on what they intend to preserve as a buffer.

Have the staff to bring back any conditions they think that the Council
needs to look at incorporating in the ordinance. (Request of Councilor Turner
Pugh)

PROPOSED WOODRUFF REZONING:
Have the staff to provide some information as it relates to the Planning
Advisory Commission?s recommendation versus the Planning Division?s
recommendation, in the inconsistency in dealing with the Comprehensive Plan.

REZONING ORDINANCE:
Have the staff to provide the information that was requested several
months ago, as it relates to half-acre rezoning of lots, and make it available
to the Council during the first meeting in January 2002. (Request of Councilor

Have the staff to check with Savannah and Augusta and see how their plans
are working out with the parking meters. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

SHIRLEY WINSTON PARK:
Have the staff to check the lights at Shirley Winston Park, going down the
hill into the Park, as well as the east side of the walking trail, and make
sure those lights are fixed expeditiously. (Request of Councilor Suber)

Have the staff to check and determine what is the process and how many
times must a citation be given to an individual before some action can be taken
against them. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
