AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending Columbus Code Section 2-17 by providing that an

Environmental Court Docket shall be heard at both a morning and afternoon

session on the first Wednesday of each month and shall be heard at both a

morning and afternoon session on the third Wednesday of each month in the

Recorder's Court.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:



SECTION 1.



Columbus Code Section 2-17 is hereby amended by deleting the second sentence in

its entirety and substituting a new second sentence to read as follows:



"An Environmental Court Docket shall be heard at both a morning and afternoon

session on the first Wednesday of each month and shall be heard at both a

morning and afternoon session on the third Wednesday of each month in the

Recorder's Court."



SECTION 2.



All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance

are hereby repealed.
