An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Consolidated

Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment would change the zoning text

of Section 22-22 C-3 general commercial district, so as to authorize service

operations such as meat storage, cutting and distribution, milk bottling and

distribution, ice cream manufacture, printing, bookbindery, lithography, and

publishing as a Special Exception Use.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:





Section 22-22 of the Columbus Code is amended by adding a new

Subsection (D)(8) to read as follows:



(D) Special Exceptions



(8) Services operations such as meat storage, cutting and distribution, milk

bottling and distribution, ice cream manufacture, printing, bookbindery,

lithography, and publishing.
