Each year the City meets with the local State Legislative Delegation to

discuss issues and to develop a Legislative Agenda that requires action by the

General Assembly for the upcoming Legislative session. In order to accomplish

this, each organization meets with its membership to formulate issues that they

want addressed and then all three (City, Chamber and School Board) meet with

the Legislative Delegation to present their agenda.



The annual luncheon meeting with the Legislative Delegation is

scheduled for Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at 12:00 noon at the Columbus

Convention and Trade Center. Please call Mattie Hood at (706) 653-4029 to
