WHEREAS, Captain John Starkey of Columbus, Georgia has served Columbus

diligently and faithfully as a member of the



EMPLOYEES PENSION PLAN BOARD OF TRUSTEES





NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:





This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent,

faithful, and meritorious civic service of



CAPTAIN JOHN STARKEY





who has served on the Employees Pension Plan Board of Trustees.



Let a copy of this Resolution be furnished to Captain John Starkey as

an expression of appreciation of the citizens of Columbus, Georgia for his
