A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES A. SCHILLING AS CIVIC CENTER

DIRECTOR.



WHEREAS, the City Manager has completed the selection process with a panel and

recommends Charles A. Schilling for said position.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:



That Charles A. Schilling is hereby confirmed as Civic Center Director at a Pay

Grade 15, annual salary of $65,000 and a one-time stipend of $5,000 for

relocation. The effective date for this position is January 15, 2002.



Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council for Columbus, Georgia held the

18th day of December, 2001 and adopted at said meeting by an affirmative vote

of _______ members of said Council.
