Columbus, Georgia

WHEREAS, the Columbus Wardogs Dance Team, the Wardolls, recently earned

national recognition at the AF2 (Arena Football League) awards banquet in

Chicago, IL on September 8, 2003;



WHEREAS, the Wardolls received the second place award for ArenaFootball2 "Dance

Team of the Year";



WHEREAS, this team's accomplishments are worthy of special recognition by this

Council.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:



We hereby commend and congratulate Columbus Wardolls Dance Team members Brandy

Alexander, Anika Brown, Jessica Evans, Vemeka Green, Crystal Hiller, Annesley

Kendall, Tuesday Marvets, Kelly Peters, Theresa Steele, Valaska Sumbry, Allison

Thomas, Wendy A. Weaver and Team Captain Amy Thomas, Head Coach Angela Wagenti

and Assistant Coach Katie Lewis upon their second place finish in the AF2 Dance

Team of the Year Competition. Let a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the

above-named participants.
