An Ordinance amending Chapter 19 of the Columbus Code so as to include the

Muscogee Technology Park and surrounding areas in Urban Services District 1.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:



SECTION 1.



Section 19-01(b) of the Columbus Code is hereby deleted in its entirety and

there is substituted a new Section 19-01(b) to read as follows:



"(b) Urban Services District 1. Urban Services District 1 shall

consist of the territory which is described as Urban Services District 1 and 2

as of December 1, 1985. Urban Services District 1 shall also consist of Land

Lots 277, 259 and 240 in the Number 19 Nances 772 GM; Land Lots 48 and 19 in

the Number 8 Nances 772 GM; Land Lots 87, 88 and 89 in the Number 8 Nances 772

GM that comprised the former Town of Bibb City; and the following Land Lots in

the Number 9 Edwards 1128 GM that comprise the following areas: the Muscogee

Technology Park, being lots 71, 88, 89, 90, 91, and 102; that portion of 69 and

70 southeast of the Central of Georgia Railroad; that portion of 92, 100, and

101 south of Chattsworth Road; that portion of 124 and 125 southwest of 10th

Armored Division Road; that portion of 103, 104, 105, and 123 west of the Fort

Benning United States Military Reservation; that portion of 74 and 87 north of

the Fort Benning United States Military Reservation; and that portion of 74

west and north of the Fort Benning United States Military Reservation."



SECTION 2.



All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are

hereby repealed.
