The terms of office of Mr. Ellis Dandy, Mr. Guy Smith, Ms. Kay House and

Mr. Roger Buterbaugh on the Personnel Review Board expired on December 31,

2004.



Mr. Dandy and Mr. Smith serve as regular members and Ms. House and Mr.

Buterbaugh serve as alternate members. Mr. Smith, Ms. House and Mr. Buterbaugh

are eligible to succeed themselves for another term of office.



Mr. Dandy cannot succeed himself, as he will have served more than two

consecutive terms of office on this board.



There are currently two women who serve as alternate members. Enclosed is

a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current members.

Ordinance No. 89-39.

COMPOSITION OF BOARD: Five regular members and five alternative members with

each alternate being designated for a particular regular member. (Col.

Charter, Sec. 4-610, pursuant to Ga. Laws 1981, Act 310 and Ga. Laws 1989, Act

No. 89 and Sec. 16B-1-5, Col. Code)



QUALIFICATIONS OF MEMBERS: Sec. 2-3.02 (a) Col. Code for general

qualifications for all boards.

COMPENSATION: Not addressed by 16B-1-5, but members have not been compensated.
