The terms of office of Mr. Ellis Dandy, Mr. Guy Smith, Ms. Kay House and
Mr. Roger Buterbaugh on the Personnel Review Board expired on December 31,
2004.
Mr. Dandy and Mr. Smith serve as regular members and Ms. House and Mr.
Buterbaugh serve as alternate members. Mr. Smith, Ms. House and Mr. Buterbaugh
are eligible to succeed themselves for another term of office.
Mr. Dandy cannot succeed himself, as he will have served more than two
consecutive terms of office on this board.
There are currently two women who serve as alternate members. Enclosed is
a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current members.

qualifications for all boards.
