An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 3900 Fairview Drive from R-1A (Low Density Residential) and R-2 (Low

Density Residential) Districts to R-1A (Low Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from R-1A (Low Density

Residential) and R-2 (Low Density Residential) Districts to R-1A (Low Density

Residential):



Beginning at an iron pin located at the intersection of the northeasterly line

of Fairview Drive with the southeasterly line of Hiddenwoods drive, and from

said point of beginning running thence northeasterly along the southeasterly

line of Hiddenwoods Drive a distance of 270.01 feet to an iron pin located at

the westernmost corner of Lot 1, Hiddenwoods (see Plat Book 97, Folio 81 in the

Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia); running

thence South 35 degrees 9 minutes 9 seconds East along the southwesterly lines

of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Hiddenwoods, a distance of 270.79 feet to an iron pin

located at the southernmost corner of said Lot 3; running thence South 54

degrees 00 minutes West along the southeasterly line of said Lot 35, a distance

of 170.3 feet to an iron pin; running thence North 35 degrees 54 minutes West a

distance of 60 feet to an iron pin; running thence South 54 degrees 00 minutes

West a distance of 100 feet to an iron pin located on the northeasterly line of

Fairview Drive; running thence North 35 degrees 54 minutes West along the

northeasterly line of Fairview Drive a distance of 62.21 feet to an iron pin;

running thence North 54 degrees 00 minutes East a distance of 120 feet to an

iron pin; running thence North 36 degrees 00 minutes West a distance of 84 feet

to an iron pin; running thence South 54 degrees 00 minutes West a distance of

120 feet to an iron pin located on the northeasterly line of Fairview Drive;

and running thence northwesterly along the northeasterly line of Fairview Drive

a distance of 113.2 feet to the point of beginning.
