PROMOTIONAL PROCEDURES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF FIRE & EMS:



Provide some information regarding the impact to the ordinance by adding

points to the testing or some weight given at the testing level for those

individuals that acquired their degree and were hired prior to 1997. (Request

of Councilor Henderson) Also look into a sunset provision for that amendment

to see if that would assist in a smoother transition. (Request of Councilor

Allen)

SENATORIAL DISTRICTS:



Provide a response as to whether the Senatorial Districts have changed as

far as the redistricting is concerned and if not when does that go into effect.
