An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changing certain boundaries of a district

known as Beallwood, from C-3 (General Commercial) to R-3 (Medium Density

Residential).



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described properties from C-3 (General

Commercial) to R-3 (Medium Density Residential):



Tax Map 032 Block 018 Parcels 006, 007, & 008



Tax Map 033 Block 019 Parcel 009

Block 021 Parcel 023

Block 022 Parcel 011, 012, 013, 016, & 017.
